Weber Spirit E-325
I have been a long time Weber grill user and I have had the same grill for 30 years. This grill has 4 wheels and was easy to navigate to the patio from the garage. I recently bought a new Weber Spirit E-325 grill and not realizing how much harder it is to navigate form the garage to the patio with only 2 stationary wheels. I was just wondering if there is any after market 4-wheel set that can be purchased for this grill?

Same problem. Looks like it would be easy to make a wheel kit for these but not finding any. The "Steath" version has 4 wheels but I wasnt going to pay an extra $200 for black paint.

Hello,
My name is John and I live in Redondo Beach, CA.
I have owned weber grills since 1980.
Had a Kettle. Work horse and would last forever.
One bar-b-que the lid fell off of the balcony railing and onto the hood of my room mates car.
It hit handle first. It not only put an imprint of the handle into his hood, it bent the handle and violated the hoods coating.
Living at the beach through the years it rusted through and the handle broke off.
I tossed it out. My neighbor retrieved it, welded a broom handle onto it and used it for another 10 years.
I Just got my Weber Spirit E-325 3-Burner Propane Gas Grill. At my age, I am going to mostly retire my charcoal grill.
Although I saw a YouTube video with the guys saying it only has two wheels, I have added wheels to many things that did not have wheels.
After doing a burn off and letting it cool down, I removed the "extension" leg. I am going to take it to Harbor Freight and see what I can find. I also know some creative guys that might come up with an idea.
If I find a solution, I will post here.

Don't know if it will work for you guys, but the Searwood XL is a BEAST with just 2 stationary wheels also - There is a guy who posted adding a couple of wheels from Amazon in the Searwood section - I checked it out and they work great. Would have prefered Weber installed casters but this is a solution to my problem. He used some workbench wheels that when pressed down, lifted the grill up about an inch, then you just drop it down after you move it. Hope it may be helpful! Good luck

I rigged up some wheels for my Weber E320. The only thing is, it raises that side so now it’s lopsided.
One solution is to go to Harbor Freight and see if they have a little larger wheels.
Or, I can adjust the depth of the casters but that would take more work.

When I used the ones I mentioned, the Searwood, in my case, still sits on its legs. The only time the weight is on the wheels is when I lift the wheel mechanism - so under normal use, it is always level and is lifted about .75 - 1 inch when I move it, then drop it back down when it is in place.

Jharry33,
What were the wheels you used?
Where did you buy them? Not sure if I saw that information.
