🔥 What's cooking on your SmokeFire/Searwood? 🥩

Looks like another awesome weekend of cooks on the SmokeFire everyone.
Man these things suck. I'm astounded Weber would make such a piece of crap!

Trying tilapia as an experiment. The ones on the grill have been going for over an hour on smokeboost. The others will be done at 450 for 10-15 minutes as if an oven.

OMG! Possibly one of the best things in all of BBQ is the beef plate ribs. Fat is your friend in BBQ. If done they should almost fall apart like a properly cooked pot roast. I would try again. Lean BBQ = bad BBQ 🤷🏼‍♂️

The ones at 450 were excellent. The smoked ones weren't done when I pulled them. The cat was interested, but the rest of us not so much.

Since I had the grill going, I did a sweet potato (not pictured), home grown asparagus, and some Italian sausage.

I just didn’t like the way the fat and the meat are intertwined on that particular piece of meat, that’s all. I very much enjoyed my brisket the first one I made so I’ll stick to that from now on.

Hey, I’m just busting chops. No offense intended. I always say eat what you like. Hopefully you took as intended. 😁

More chicken and veggies. Did some crispy potatoes too but ran out of room so used Genesis for them.
