I pre-ordered my EX6 directly from Weber in February, this morning Weber sent me an email letting me know that they credited my credit card $200.00 because of the price drop. I did have to email them proof of purchase.So I purchased A Smokefire EX4 from a local hardware store 6 days before the price drop, I was a little bummed and contacted Weber via Facebook and their website. I finally received a response over the weekend and spoke to them twice yesterday after they called me. Needless to say they are sending me $200 back and honoring the price drop. I had to email them the original sales receipt but a check is on the way. Aside from a delay in their response The customer service experience was great.
